Hannah + Paul’s sneak peek

Happy Sunday all! We had an amazing time hanging out with Paul and Hannah at the Messina Hof winery & resort in Bryan, TX. Both lovebirds are graduating in less than a month as well as getting married! It was so much fun seeing such a beautiful location and shooting such a beautiful couple who is absolutely giddy with love. I can’t wait to get started on these and share more. Thanks you two!

Soon to be Mr & Mrs

Love is mysterious and random…but I don’t think this is news to anyone It sneaks up and sweeps us off our feet when we least expect it. Brandon travels for work and just so happen to walk into Lauren’s place of employment the day she was called in to cover for a sick co-worker and bam, love struck. Fast forward to now and they are happily awaiting their October wedding in Palm Springs Cali!

Lauren and Brandon are very much in love. Watching them interact with one another was a huge treat for us and we couldn’t have chosen a better way to spend that day. Thanks for visiting us in Austin and letting us capture a glimpse of your love and beauty.  xoxo- Joe Anna & Gary

Hi all! We had so much fun with Lauren and Brandon this past Saturday. We laughed, we ate cupcakes, we ran all over Austin and then ended with lunch at good ole’ Hula Hut. Danny and Adriane were married February 20th in Austin. These two are genuinely sweet people. Not even a few moments after I met Adriane I felt like I had known her for years. Everyone was so friendly! Below are a few highlights from their special day!

Kent & Kalista

We met up with Kent and Kalista just before Valentine’s Day for a sweet engagement shoot. Kalista and Kent are in love and it shows in all their interactions. We happily were able to take a few photos of their girls too! We were smitten with these four from our first meeting. Getting Kent & Kalista to snuggle up to one another for photos was a cinch!

Winner!

Hello all! We participated in the January wedding show and we are both excited and exhausted all at once. It was truly wonderful to meet so many great couples and vendors. Part of our show promotion was 50% off of a wedding package for one lucky couple who booked with us. We wrote the names on little pieces paper, shook them in a large bowl and picked one lucky winner. 2010…yes!

I am opening the door and welcoming in 2010 with open arms. I can’t wait to see what this year has in it’s goodie bag. We had such a great time in 2009 that there are not enough words to express the excitement that lies within about a new year with new possibilities and new opportunities. I am completely psyched to meet more kick A:) people and capture more memories. We spent our New Year’s Eve with great new friends and had a blast. We pulled it together for a serious pic but let loose for the latter…:)

Now on to business. There are many goals we all have for this new year and here are a few of mine:

1. Get in shape…yes this is overdone and lame but I really mean it this time…I do! That P90X has been sitting on a shelf since September!
2. Blog often and keep up with all social networking…maybe even start twittering…maybe. I’m not there yet and teetering on the edge.
3. Make sure I’m in more of our photos. I’m always snapping pictures and it is as if I wasn’t even there, lol!
4. Take time to read, suggestions are greatly appreciated. I like mysteries and romance.
5. Cook more and expand my menu. My poor husband is eating the same meals all the time because they are all I know how to cook!
6. Buy with intention. I love to shop. Much to Gary’s chagrin I sometimes shop for the sake of shopping, which leaves me with countless items I didn’t actually want and a smaller bank account.
7. Go to the beach, go tubing, go camping and go dancing more than a few times this year. We get so busy that we often forget to make time to do the things we love.
8. To slow down and take it all in and remember just how lucky and loved I am. I love my life and I am so happy to be living it and sharing it with the wonderful people in it.
9. To laugh more and worry less. Life is short and moves quickly so I want to force myself to enjoy it and stop sweating the small stuff!

So, as my sweet friend Jessica said, “2010, bring it!”
